🛒 Product Prices & Taxes

All product prices shown on our store are exclusive of taxes (unless otherwise stated at checkout).

If you are located in a region where sales tax, VAT, or GST applies, it may be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Any taxes collected at checkout will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

🌍 International Orders & Duties

We ship worldwide. However, some countries may require customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees when your order arrives.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer directly to their local customs office or delivery provider.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, as they vary by country and order value.

🚚 Who Pays for Duties?

By default, all orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
This means you, the customer, are responsible for paying any additional import costs once your package reaches your country.

In the future, we may offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping options for selected countries, where all charges are prepaid at checkout.

Refusing to pay duties or taxes may result in your package being returned or destroyed by customs. In such cases, TheGearwears cannot issue refunds for unclaimed orders.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand the exact costs before placing an international order.
